Your Role

As an Broker Support, you are responsible for:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process and lodge loan applications
  • Manage valuations, pricing, lender conditions, and documentation
  • Provide post-settlement support and portfolio/retention management
  • Handle client onboarding, communication, and government forms (FHOG, First Home Guarantee, etc.)
  • Coordinate with brokers, Head of Finance, and lenders
  • Oversee pipeline, workflow, reporting, and administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years AU mortgage broking support, loan processing, or banking operations
  • Experience with AU mortgage CRMs (e.g., Mercury Nexus)
  • Strong customer service background with problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google apps
  • Excellent English communication and professional email writing skills
  • High attention to detail, analytical, and process-driven
  • Able to chase documents clearly and diplomatically
  • Adaptable to new tools/software
