Your Role
As an Broker Support, you are responsible for:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process and lodge loan applications
- Manage valuations, pricing, lender conditions, and documentation
- Provide post-settlement support and portfolio/retention management
- Handle client onboarding, communication, and government forms (FHOG, First Home Guarantee, etc.)
- Coordinate with brokers, Head of Finance, and lenders
- Oversee pipeline, workflow, reporting, and administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- 2+ years AU mortgage broking support, loan processing, or banking operations
- Experience with AU mortgage CRMs (e.g., Mercury Nexus)
- Strong customer service background with problem-solving ability
- Proficient in MS Office and Google apps
- Excellent English communication and professional email writing skills
- High attention to detail, analytical, and process-driven
- Able to chase documents clearly and diplomatically
- Adaptable to new tools/software
