Territory Sales Specialist

A territory sales specialsit is essentially the frontline representative of an organization within a specific geographic area. His/Her core responsibilities revolve around driving sales growth by developing and implementing strategic plans tailored to their territory's needs - both Modern Trade and General Trade. This involves not only meeting predefined sales targets but also consistently exceeding them through proactive sales tactics, effective relationship-building, and keen market insights. Maintaining strong customer relationships is paramount for long-term success, as it fosters trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Sales - drives topline sales in the account
- Product Visibility - make sure all must-carried skus are present in all accounts
- Profitability - ensures profitability of the account by managing expenses, portfolio mix, trade discounts, and returns

Qualifications
- years in sales handling national key accounts with head office engagement
- FMCG background preferred, distributor or principal
