Join Our Team as a Training Manager

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead our national training initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering impactful training programs that empower our sales teams and partners. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan & Deliver Training – Develop and execute monthly training programs for internal sales teams, partner dealers, and distributors.
  • Create Training Materials – Design and localize training content (presentations, videos, one-pagers) based on market needs.
  • Evaluate & Improve – Monitor training effectiveness and continuously update content based on team feedback and competitor analysis.
  • Team Management – Recruit, train, and manage the performance of the training team.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with regional managers and HR to support onboarding, compliance, and training needs.
  • Support Events – Serve as a speaker or host at product launches, retail events, and marketing activities.
  • Reporting – Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities and outcomes.
  • Additional Duties – Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the department head.
