We're Hiring: ERP Data Migration Specialist (CPA)

Eastwood, Quezon City | Hybrid | Night shift

Responsibilities:

  • Migrate financial data from legacy systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Sage) to Rillet ERP

  • Map GL accounts, vendors/customers, and key data fields to the new ERP format

  • Perform audit trails, reconciliations, and QA checks to ensure data accuracy

  • Manage end-to-end accounting cycle: upload and reconcile TBs, JEs, bills, invoices, contracts, and schedules

  • Support Chart of Accounts creation, mapping, and document upload procedures

  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document results, and communicate findings

  • Collaborate with internal teams and client implementation leads to resolve migration issues

  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent international certification (ACCA, CA, CMA)

  • 3+ years of accounting experience including general ledger, reconciliations, and data management

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, and/or Sage

  • Proven experience in ERP system migrations or implementations (preferably involving the above platforms)

  • Exposure to SaaS accounting standards and metrics (ASC 606, ARR/MRR, revenue recognition) is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, formulas, macros)

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Experience working with US-based clients and knowledge of US GAAP

  • Willing to work US shifts (EST or PST) consistently
