The Website Migration Specialist will be responsible for delivering a seamless website migration experience for customers transitioning their websites to IONOS. This role aims to ensure customer satisfaction by providing expert consultation, efficiently replicating websites on platforms using MyWebsite Now, Managed WordPress, or the like, and minimizing downtime during the migration process. The specialist will play a critical role in driving customer retention and improving the overall website migration journey.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify key features, content structures, and technical elements essential for a successful migration.
• Efficiently copy and recreate customer websites within our platform using MyWebsite Now or Managed WordPress.
• Ensure design accuracy, content integrity, and functionality alignment during the migration process.
• Address layout adjustments, plugin compatibility, and performance optimization to meet customer expectations.
• Perform comprehensive testing to verify website functionality, responsiveness, and security before final handover.
• Address and resolve any issues identified during testing to ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain detailed records of customer consultations, migration steps, and technical actions taken.
• Provide feedback on process improvements and technical challenges to enhance future migration success rates.
• Others: Accepts other responsibilities as maybe assigned by superior according to the need of the Company, creates and preserves the most favorable Company image by conducting all functions in the
  
  most ethical and fair manner, and administers all assigned functions consistent with and in support to the goal of the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 0-2 years of BPO experience
• Senior High Graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Proven experience in website migration, web development, or technical support, with a strong focus on customer interaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot website-related issues efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
