About the role

We are seeking an experienced Government Sales Admin Support to join our dynamic team at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc.'. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Government Sales division, ensuring efficient operations and administrative processes. Based in our Taguig City Metro Manila office, you will be an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Government Sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  2. Assist with the preparation and processing of sales contracts, proposals, and other relevant documents
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases related to Government Sales activities
  4. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and information flow
  5. Support the sales team with market research, data analysis, and report generation as needed
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
  7. Provide backup support and coverage for other administrative roles as required

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within the Government or public sector
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  5. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
  6. Understanding of government procurement processes and procedures is a plus
  7. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional customer service
