The Lead Development Representative (LDR) is responsible for 
identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads
through proactive outreach such as email campaigns, cold calling, social engagement, and other demand generation channels. The primary focus is to 
build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
 by understanding prospect needs, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting up meetings or demos for the Sales team.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute 
    outbound email marketing campaigns
     to identify and engage potential leads.
  • Manage 
    social media campaigns
     to strengthen brand awareness and promote Netplay products.
  • Maintain and grow the 
    Partner Viber Group
     by regularly posting relevant and engaging content.
  • Perform 
    cold calling
     to connect with prospects and generate interest in Netplay's solutions.
  • Qualify, nurture, and develop leads
    , turning cold prospects into warm opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of 
    lead interactions, activities, and status
    .
  • Collaborate closely with the 
    Marketing Head
     and 
    Channel Sales Managers
     to ensure seamless lead handoff and pipeline progression.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed 
    monthly/quarterly lead generation and conversion targets
    .

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Business, Marketing, Communications
    , or a related field.
  • Proven experience in 
    lead generation, business development, or sales outreach
    .
  • Background in working with a 
    distribution, reseller, or IT company
     is an advantage.
  • Strong expertise in 
    email marketing campaigns, cold calling, and outreach techniques
    .
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to 
    convert cold leads into warm opportunities
    .
  • Results-driven and 
    goal-oriented
    , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Highly organized with strong 
    attention to detail
     and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and independent
    , while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with 
    B2B sales processes
     and 
    lead qualification methodologies
    .
  • Applicants must be open to working onsite at our Binondo, Manila office
