JOB SUMARRY:

The Project-in-Charge – Civil Engineer will manage and supervise the implementation of the Cavite State University (CvSU) building construction project, ensuring strict compliance with government standards, school infrastructure specifications, and approved design plans. The role includes coordinating day-to-day site activities, managing labor and subcontractors, overseeing materials usage, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of the project in coordination with the project team and stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered)

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in vertical construction; experience in school or government-funded projects is a strong advantage

  • Knowledgeable in construction project workflows, labor management, and material monitoring

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting plans and specifications

  • Familiar with CHED or DepEd infrastructure requirements is an advantage

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools

  • Willing to be assigned full-time at CvSU project site in Cavite
