About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project In-Charge (PIC) to oversee Space Solutions projects involving joineries, modulars, and finishing carpentry. The PIC will lead site supervision, manpower coordination, and quality control, ensuring projects are executed on time and according to standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring schedules and specifications are met.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors across multiple sites.
  • Monitor the work of painters, installers, and assemblers, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Conduct site inspections and submit regular progress reports.
  • Enforce safety standards and company procedures.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project-related concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Vocational graduates with strong site experience may be considered).
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in construction, joinery, or modular works.
  • Strong knowledge of installation, finishing, and carpentry methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing diverse site teams.
  • Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts when necessary (7AM–4PM / 6PM–12MN).
