About the role

As the Project in Charge (Electrical) at Net Pacific, Inc.', you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex electrical engineering projects. Based in Makati City Metro Manila, this full-time role will see you leading a team of skilled professionals to ensure all technical and operational aspects of the projects are executed to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the planning, design, and implementation of electrical engineering projects
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other project components
  3. Ensure project deliverables meet all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  4. Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks proactively
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team
  6. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to maintain effective communication
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  2. License Electrical Engineering is an advantage
  3. 1-3 Years experience as Project In Charge/QAQC Engineer or related position.
  4. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex electrical engineering projects
  5. Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
  6. Strong project management skills, including budget control and stakeholder management
  7. Effective communication and leadership abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams
  8. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
