Job description:
The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for working with and helping to support our Sales team members to achieve our goal of always providing quality service to our hospitals and travelers through complete and accurate traveler documents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process reassignments/new (Lapse) placements.
- Pre-call/follow up calls with travelers.
- Check in documents (HR, background, health, certifications, licensure, etc.).
- Process background checks.
- Set up drug/health screens.
- Set up internal and any additional paperwork/testing.
- Daily paperwork updates to Sales Manager.
- Update checklist end dates for terminations and delete for backouts, cancellations.
- Obtain resumes/references and process employment/education verifications and extensions, as time permits.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience is required. Candidates who have completed at least 2 years of college are also welcome to apply.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the BPO industry is required.
- Experience in RPO, shared services, or HR recruitment is a plus
- At least 35 wpm, demonstrate proficiency in basic Windows operations and use of miscellaneous office equipment (fax, printer, copier)
- Speak and write professionally and follow oral or written instructions.
- Establish a positive working relationship with employees, clients and candidates.
- Organize tasks and manage time and multi-task with a sense of urgency and efficiency.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, pay close attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage time and increasing workload.
- Must be willing to work in rotating shifts or US time zone.
- Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, QC
