JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Monitors and identifies outstanding delinquent accounts and performs appropriate collection procedures via phone, email and/or field visit following the company's policy
  • Communicate with customers regarding payment inquires, unpaid dues, resolving disputes and encourage them to pay on time through phone and email correspondence
  • Evaluate the account and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Plans course of action to recover outstanding loan
  • Prepare and maintain collection records accurately and timely and ensure orderly and systematic filing of documents.
  • Prepares monthly Collection Performance Report
  • Adheres to laws and regulations while performing collection activities
  • File and Attend Barangay hearing against delinquent borrowers
  • File and Represent the company in small claims court
  • To perform other field related work as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must hold at least a College Degree
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required (exposure in bank, lending, financing is a plus)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication,presentation and negotiation skills
  • Knowledgeable in credit practices and fair debt collection procedures
  • Proficient in computer applications - Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Google Sheets
  • Can drive a motorcycle with valid driver's license is a plus
  • Amenable to do field work within NCR.
