POSITION: Building Technician

LOCATION: PASAY (Gil Puyat or Libertad)

TYPE OF PROPERTY: Residential and Commercial Office Building

WORK SCHEDULE: 6 DAYS A WEEK - Shifting Schedule

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair within building and facilities management
  • Holds at least a vocational diploma/short course certificate or a bachelor's/college degree
  • Proficient in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting)
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities for quick and effective problem resolution
  • Experienced in preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and prolong equipment life
  • Basic computer skills for accessing records or using maintenance software
  • Knowledgeable in electrical systems, including repair and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in plumbing repair and maintenance
  • Familiar with HVAC systems, including their maintenance and repair
  • Possesses strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN PASAY (LIBERTAD OR GIL PUYAT AREA)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducts regular inspection of building machinery and equipment; reports issues to immediate superior
  • Attends to tenant requests/concerns promptly and provides appropriate actions or recommendations
  • Performs tasks following established processes and practices
  • Complies with all environmental, health and safety, and fire protection standards
  • Carries out regular monitoring, preventive, and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure uptime and asset integrity
  • Responds to routine and urgent service requests, performing required maintenance
  • Conducts facility walkthroughs to monitor mechanical, electrical, and other systems
  • Operates facility mechanical systems and other related equipment
  • Manages the work order life cycle from dispatch to completion, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Assists in implementing the preventive maintenance program and ensures issues are documented and escalated appropriately
  • Observes and reports facility and equipment deficiencies, offering suggestions for improvement
  • Ensures emergency and safety equipment (e.g., lights, extinguishers, fire systems) are functional and updated
  • Reports all property-related incidents to immediate superior
  • Supports tenant satisfaction through quality work and professional service delivery
  • Suggests improvements to streamline maintenance processes and enhance service delivery
  • Participates in corporate activities including meetings, training, and seminars for continuous development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
