Arcade Technician

What you'll be doing

• Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance on arcade gaming machines
• Diagnosing and repairing any technical issues or malfunctions promptly
• Upgrading and updating arcade game software and hardware as required
• Ensuring all gaming machines are clean, well-maintained, and in full working order
• Providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting assistance to our patrons
• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance and repair work carried out
• Collaborating with the wider technical team to identify and implement improvements

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Arcade Technician or in a similar technical/maintenance role
• Strong working knowledge of arcade gaming machines and related technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good customer service skills and a commitment to providing a great experience
• Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays as required
