Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hotel Aircon Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning systems throughout our hotel property. The ideal candidate will have experience with HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently to ensure guest comfort at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing of hotel air conditioning units (split systems, central HVAC, chillers, etc.)
  • Diagnose and repair air conditioning and refrigeration equipment malfunctions
  • Inspect and test HVAC components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and thermostats
  • Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues with minimal disruption to guests
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Order and manage inventory of necessary parts and supplies
  • Collaborate with other hotel maintenance staff to support overall facility operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC or Aircon Technician, preferably in a hotel or commercial setting
  • Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Skilled in using tools and diagnostic equipment for HVAC repairs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC certification) preferred
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or on-call as needed
