Full job description

MAIN FUNCTION:

Responsible for loan processing, preparation, auditing, and finalizing forms or contracts.

Ensure the creditworthiness of interested applicants through reference checking.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare loan ledgers for approved loan applications.
  • Create subsidiary ledgers, post loan payments, and balance daily loan subsidiary ledgers.
  • Reconcile subsidiary ledgers with the corresponding balances in the general ledger.
  • Keep the maturity records of loans up-to-date and ensure that entries are accurate.
  • Monitor the filing of REM folders and keep them safe in the vault.
  • Verify that all related documentary requirements for REM loans are complete before filing.
  • Interview loan applicants after completing all other tasks.
  • Attend to any other matters as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Holds a university/college degree in Engineering, Agriculture or Accountancy.

· Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Possesses good oral and written communication skills.

· Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.

· Familiar with relevant software applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, and database management.

· Knowledgeable in administrative and clerical procedures.

· Familiar with business principles.

· Good at planning and organizing.

· Practices effective time management skills.

· Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and customer-service orientation.

· Has a high tolerance for stress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
