Job Description
As a Recruitment and Admin Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting full-cycle recruitment, HR operations, and professional development for care professionals. From sourcing and onboarding to training and compliance, you'll ensure processes run seamlessly while building lasting candidate and employee relationships.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the care industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Care Professional qualifications, certifications, and essential traits.
- Proven ability to source, attract, and assess candidates effectively.
- Skilled in job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Well-developed administration skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Understanding of values and culture aligned with people care.
- Confident and self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience with candidate screening and selection.
- Proficiency in IT systems, Microsoft Office, and ATS tools.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and accuracy under pressure.
- Team player-self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient.
Your Daily Tasks
Recruitment Support
- Manage all aspects of recruitment administration ensuring compliance with legislation, Regulatory, and Franchise Standards.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates and manage the end-to-end candidate process ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment channels for new candidate enquiries.
- Contact all applicants in a timely manner and conduct a telephone interview to assess fit.
- Upload candidate profiles into the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Schedule interviews and verify candidate ID for background checks.
- Process pre-employment checks, references, contracts, welcome emails, and payroll setup.
- Ensure job boards and recruitment sources are optimized.
- Communicate daily with the office/line manager via telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- Carry out duties necessary for smooth business operations.
- Ensure compliance with Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities policies.
Care Professional Development Support
- Allocate and monitor completion of online training through the learning cloud system.
- Monitor expired Care Professional tasks and coordinate training, support visits, supervisions, and appraisals.
- Send reminders for training/events to maximize attendance.
General Administrative Support
Monitor expired documentation (e.g., MOT certificates) and follow up with care professionals.
Flag key events such as birthdays and work anniversaries.
Manage incoming emails, forward them, or raise tasks in the planner system.
Provide phone support during busy periods.
Maintain Care Professional folders in Microsoft 365.
Participate in daily meetings and team discussions.
