Position Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical Data Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on data validation, manipulation, and presentation to drive business decision-making through high-quality data management and compelling visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Validation & Quality

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems
  • Develop and implement validation processes and quality controls
  • Monitor databases to identify gaps and errors

Data Analysis & Presentation

  • Process and transform complex datasets from multiple sources
  • Create impactful visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Design professional presentations using PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc analytical reports
  • Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data management or analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint/Keynote and data visualization tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
