What You'll Do & Lead:
As our Data Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our data-driven initiatives, constantly optimizing and driving key decisions. You'll leverage advanced data analysis and management skills to drive data-informed decision making and support business objectives. Here's what you'll be doing:
Data Analysis
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, pattens and actionable insights.
- Develop and implement advanced data models and algorithms to support business objectives.
- Perform predictive and prescriptive analysis to drive strategic business decisions.
Data Management
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of data across various platforms.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, databases and data warehouses.

Data Visualization
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports for various stakeholders.

Reports Generation
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and data reports
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
Forecasting & Trend Analysis
- Analyze historical data to predict trends and future outcomes
- Provide actionable insights to guide decision-making
Data Analysis
- Interpret complex datasets to identify patterns and opportunities
- Transform data into clear, concise visualizations and reports
Technical Tools & Platforms
- Utilize tools such as Python, SQL (SSQL, MSSQL), and Power BI
- Build and optimize queries and data pipelines for efficient analysis

We're looking for experienced professionals who are ready to lead and contribute significantly.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis or business analysis in data visualization tools and programming languages.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Preferably with familiarity with programming languages like Python or R.
- Highly analytical, good communicator, detail-oriented, and an excellent problem-solver.
