What You'll Do & Lead:

As our Data Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our data-driven initiatives, constantly optimizing and driving key decisions. You'll leverage advanced data analysis and management skills to drive data-informed decision making and support business objectives. Here's what you'll be doing:

Data Analysis

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, pattens and actionable insights.
• Develop and implement advanced data models and algorithms to support business objectives.
• Perform predictive and prescriptive analysis to drive strategic business decisions.

Data Management

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of data across various platforms.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, databases and data warehouses.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate data sources and streamline data workflows.

Data Visualization

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports for various stakeholders.
• Present data findings in a clear, concise and actionable manner using visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Develop custom visualizations to communicate complex data insights effectively.

Reports Generation

• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and data reports
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery

Forecasting & Trend Analysis

• Analyze historical data to predict trends and future outcomes
• Provide actionable insights to guide decision-making

Data Analysis

• Interpret complex datasets to identify patterns and opportunities
• Transform data into clear, concise visualizations and reports

Technical Tools & Platforms

• Utilize tools such as Python, SQL (SSQL, MSSQL), and Power BI
• Build and optimize queries and data pipelines for efficient analysis

We're looking for experienced professionals who are ready to lead and contribute significantly.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis or business analysis in data visualization tools and programming languages.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Preferably with familiarity with programming languages like Python or R.
• Highly analytical, good communicator, detail-oriented, and an excellent problem-solver.
