PQCC Staff (Part-Time)

The PQCC Staff (Part-Time) is responsible for assisting in monitoring, evaluating, and documenting product quality and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role supports quality assurance initiatives, ensures accuracy in records, and helps maintain a high standard of operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections, audits, and checks on products, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Record, organize, and analyze quality-related data for reporting and improvement purposes.
  • Assist in preparing compliance reports, audit results, and corrective action documentation.
  • Support implementation of quality control procedures, policies, and training initiatives.
  • Coordinate with different teams to address quality issues and recommend preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance audits.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Quality Assurance Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or has completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Quality Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Atleast 6 months of prior experience in quality control, compliance, or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of quality standards and compliance processes is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
