I. JOB BRIEF:

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for conducting inspection for raw materials/line processes/finished product being used in production to ensure that all product specification and standards are met.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implements Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), SSOP and HACCP at all times
  • Conduct regular sanitation audit, highlight violations of GMP and/or breakthrough in sanitation practices.
  • Line Monitoring
  • Coordinate with the team and inter-department regarding all non-conformity.
  • Identify areas on non-conformances and issues required documents to concerned unit.
  • Do personal Hygiene and Area Sanitation checking in commissary.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, or any Food Science related course.
  • Preferably with at least on (1) year work experience in a food manufacturing company. Attended cGMP/SSOP/HACCP seminar.
  • Willing and able to travel for plant audit, product validation, and similar reasons in other company sites or partner facilities.
  • Highly trainable; with strong understanding of Quality Assurance systems and processes.
  • With good communication skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
