About the Role

The Senior Aesthetic Clinic Consultant plays a key role in strengthening client relationships, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring clients receive a high-quality, personalized aesthetic experience. The role focuses on client care, treatment guidance, sales support, and client retention, all while working within existing systems, structures, and protocols established by the clinic.

You will collaborate closely with the clinical team and management to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to the clinic's performance — without carrying responsibilities meant for medical, operational, or executive roles.

Client Guidance & Consultation Support

• Support the consultation process by understanding client concerns, goals, and relevant background information, in coordination with the attending doctor, who provides the clinical assessment and final treatment recommendation.
• Guide clients through treatment plans approved by the doctor and ensure they fully understand timelines, expectations, and aftercare requirements.
• Maintain strong, updated knowledge of clinic services to confidently explain treatment benefits and suitability.
• Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and comfortable throughout their aesthetic journey.

Client Relationship Building

• Build long-term relationships to encourage loyalty, trust, and repeat visits.
• Assist and manage VIP or high-value clients, ensuring exceptional levels of service and attention.
• Address client questions, concerns, or escalations with professionalism and timely follow-through.
• Help refine the client experience by observing patterns, feedback, and service gaps.

Sales, Upselling & Revenue Support

• Drive treatment conversions through strong communication, trust-building, and clear explanation of treatment value (doctor-approved).
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell suitable treatments or products based on client needs.
• Track personal sales performance, including conversions, rebookings, and client retention.
• Offer experience-based insights to improve sales flow and client engagement strategies — while working within the clinic's existing systems and processes.

Coordination & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with doctors, aestheticians, and the clinic team to ensure smooth client flow and service delivery.
• Provide feedback to management on client needs, recurring concerns, and service improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams by sharing insights — without executing campaigns or handling operational tasks.
• Uphold clinic standards, protocols, and service excellence at all times.

• 3–5+ years of experience in an aesthetic clinic, medspa, dermatology clinic, or similar industry.
• Strong experience in client-facing aesthetic roles (consultation support, client care, sales).
• Proven ability to achieve sales and conversion targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work within established systems and provide informed suggestions when appropriate.
• Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor.
• CRM or clinic management system experience is an advantage.

The Senior Aesthetic Clinic Consultant does not perform treatments, provide clinical diagnoses, create operational systems, manage staff schedules, or handle administrative tasks such as front desk duties or inventory.

The role works within established processes and collaborates with relevant teams, offering insights rather than creating or implementing operational frameworks. Its core purpose is to enhance client care, support revenue performance, and uphold high service standards.
