About the role

One Nadela Medical Group, a leading healthcare provider in Makati City, Metro Manila, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic/OR Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care and support to patients in our state-of-the-art aesthetic and surgical facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting surgeons and anaesthetists during aesthetic and surgical procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and providing immediate care as needed before, during, and after procedures
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
  • Ensuring the sterility and cleanliness of the operating room and related equipment
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient-centred care
  • Providing patient education and support, addressing their questions and concerns

What we're looking for

  • A registered nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as an aesthetic or operating room nurse
  • Excellent clinical skills, with a strong understanding of patient safety protocols and infection control procedures
  • Proficient in the use of medical equipment and technology used in aesthetic and surgical settings
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
