Job Overview
The Clinic Manager oversees the daily operations of The Skin Bvld, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent patient experience, and achievement of sales targets. This role handles staff management, inventory, sales reporting, coordination with owners, and serves as a liaison for HR and social media operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Administration
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure an efficient, clean, and professional environment.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance; ensure adequate daily staffing.
Safekeep all sales, cash, and financial documents; conduct daily end-of-day reconciliation.
Maintain updated daily sales reports and promptly relay them to owners.
Monitor and manage inventory, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure proper safekeeping of clinic supplies.
Enforce clinic protocols, standard operating procedures, and compliance guidelines.
2. Sales & Performance
Ensure monthly sales quotas are consistently met or exceeded.
Motivate, coach, and guide staff toward achieving daily and monthly sales goals.
Propose and assist in executing promotional campaigns or sales strategies.
3. Coordination & Communication
Act as the main liaison between clinic staff, owners, HR personnel, and the social media/marketing manager.
Coordinate with HR regarding staffing concerns, disciplinary actions, and recruitment needs.
Coordinate with the social media manager for content requests, promo updates, reviews, and operational needs.
Communicate operational updates, issues, and feedback to clinic owners in a timely manner.
4. Customer Service & Clinic Experience
Ensure patients receive excellent service and a seamless clinic journey.
Address patient concerns or service issues professionally and promptly.
Oversee front desk operations and uphold high hospitality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
1–2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in an aesthetic clinic or similar beauty/wellness setting (required).
Strong leadership, staff management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Sales-oriented with the ability to drive and monitor team performance.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with cash handling and inventory.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve operational issues independently.
Professional, reliable, and proactive in improving clinic operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
