About the Role

As a
Digital Specialist
, you'll help shape and grow the online presence of our clients and their brands. You'll be responsible for ensuring that each brand's digital persona is consistently communicated across platforms — creating meaningful connections and impactful brand experiences for their audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community & Page Management

  • Publish content across various social media channels
  • Monitor and respond to page inquiries, comments, and messages promptly
  • Track and analyze audience sentiment through engagements and inquiries

2. Media Buying & Campaign Optimization

  • Identify and define precise target audiences for ad campaigns
  • Allocate and manage budgets to meet campaign awareness and conversion goals
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance, ensuring campaigns run efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Analyze results and provide insights to improve future ad strategies

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track, measure, and report on social media performance metrics
  • Monitor competitors' online activities and emerging trends for potential content opportunities (e.g., trendjacking)
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance digital marketing effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or any related field
  • At least
    1 year of relevant experience
    in digital marketing or advertising
  • Excellent command of
    English and Tagalog
    (both written and spoken)
  • Proficient in using
    Google Analytics
    ,

  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, community management, and analytics
