
Technical Support Engineer

Job Objectives:
Contribute to the achievement of company sales targets through technical support and assistance for EMS brand portfolio to ensure specifications; address customers/ projects' technical requirements in order to close the sales/ win identified projects.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct visitations with Technical Specifiers to build business relationship and to get information about potential projects that generate sales leads for the EMS product portfolio and also educate them with the latest product innovation and solutions through product presentations to specified our brand and approve our brand specifications.
- Work with EMS Manager and ZGC sales members in developing, analysis and implementing strategies to close on the key projects.
- Executes technical assistance for EMS product portfolio
- Prepare and conduct product presentations and technical product consultations
- Review project requirements and provides support and assistance to sales personnel on customer's technical inquiries and requirements
- Review product offers to ensure accuracy of product specifications and applications.
- Collaborations with Technical Team (ZUPI/TSDG) for the projects requirements design and the expected output in order to meet timeline requirements
- Review technical designs and product offers
- Work with EMS Manager in managing performance on product recommendation and product forecasting report
- Conduct relevant product seminars and briefings to sales members to refresh and update members or products/brands
- Working with relevant support departments in the conceptualization and preparation of needed training materials and collaterals.
- Train, orient and guide the new members on EMS product/brands.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Electrical Engineer/ Electronics Engineer
- Minimum of (2) years experienced in lighting industry.
- Knowledgeable in AUTO-CAD, Dialux, Sketchup software (Mid-Lvl)
