About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide expert-level support for our energy storage and inverter products based in Manila, the Philippines. This role is critical for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and staying ahead of technical trends in the renewable energy market.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support to clients via WhatsApp, email, and other platforms regarding energy storage products.
  • Test and validate new storage inverters in laboratory environments to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Evaluate and approve national batteries for compatibility with our equipment.
  • Monitor and report on local technical trends, regulations, and market needs to HQ.
  • Develop and deliver training materials (videos, webinars, workshops) for internal teams and external clients.
  • Represent the company at industry fairs, events, and technical workshops.
  • Conduct internal and external training sessions on energy storage systems and Solis products.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams to feedback customer insights and improve product design.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years in technical support, engineering, or product testing roles within the solar/inverter/energy storage industry.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of energy storage systems, inverters, and battery compatibility.

  • Experience with product testing, validation, and laboratory protocols.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and technical standards in Vietnam or the Philippines.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and local language (Vietnamese or Filipino). Strong presentation and training skills.
  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, customer-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel for events, fairs, and client meetings.
