Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technical Support Engineer, located in Metro Manila. The IT Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, administering systems, and offering help desk support. Day-to-day tasks include resolving technical issues, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Help Desk Support experience
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Information Technology
  • System Administration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus
