Meet with external customers, industry and sector experts to maintain and build a superior understanding of property law related developments to ensure relevant and premium quality content is delivered that anticipates, meets and exceeds customer needs.
Assist in the development and publication of commissioned content authored by commercial lawyers in private practice. Provide legal expertise in responding to queries from external customers about property law and practice. About YouYou're a fit for the role of Senior Lawyer Writer, Commercial Real Estate if you:Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Australia, with 5 years PQE experience, working as a commercial property lawyer in Victoria, most recently in an inhouse role or a top/mid-tier private practice.
An established reputation as an expert in your field. Bonus points for having built a professional presence on LinkedIn and if you enjoy networking with your peers. A genuine and demonstrable interest in commercial property law, and in helping to re-invent the way legal know-how works.
Prior published articles roles and a keen interest in engaging with new methods of providing content e.g., podcasts, social media, video content etc. would be highly regarded. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with your manager and the rest of the Practical Law team. Genuine interest in legal research and writing and a keen ability to articulate and present your ideas, strategies and decisions.
