HR Assistant Training Manager- Fashion Retail

We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Human Resources Training & Development Lead who's ready to champion learning and employee growth across our organization.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the end-to-end training and employee development function — from planning and policy development to rollout and monitoring.
  • Design and implement impactful training programs that develop employee skills, empower future leaders, and support career growth.
  • Conduct training needs analysis across teams and functions to identify learning opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive yearly training calendar based on identified needs.
  • Partner with department heads and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and our Principal's training standards.
  • Create tools, modules, and strategies that promote a high-performance culture and continuous learning.
  • Evaluate the success of training initiatives and recommend improvements to maximize impact.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires at least 3 years (s) of working experience in a related field, preferably from the Retail, FMCG, Service, or Food Industries.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Management, Organizational/HR Development, or a related field; Learning / Organizational Development or a similar degree.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation
  • Working knowledge of current and emerging training tools and learning aids.
  • Must display superior verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of management.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships, both internal and external to the organization.
  • Ability to plan and organize in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deadlines are met promptly.
  • Self-directed and strong ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Highly disciplined and organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, professionalism, and the ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well.
  • Depending on the qualifications, the candidate/s may be considered for either Assistant Training Manager or Training Manager position
  • Willing to work in Chino Roces, Makati
