HR Assistant Training Manager- Fashion Retail

We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Human Resources Training & Development Lead who's ready to champion learning and employee growth across our organization.
What You'll Do:- Lead the end-to-end training and employee development function — from planning and policy development to rollout and monitoring.
- Design and implement impactful training programs that develop employee skills, empower future leaders, and support career growth.
- Conduct training needs analysis across teams and functions to identify learning opportunities.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive yearly training calendar based on identified needs.
- Partner with department heads and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and our Principal's training standards.
- Create tools, modules, and strategies that promote a high-performance culture and continuous learning.
- Evaluate the success of training initiatives and recommend improvements to maximize impact.
- A people-focused leader with a passion for learning and development.
- Experience in training program design, facilitation, and implementation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills — you work well across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect training initiatives to business objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- This position requires at least 3 years (s) of working experience in a related field, preferably from the Retail, FMCG, Service, or Food Industries.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Management, Organizational/HR Development, or a related field; Learning / Organizational Development or a similar degree.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation
- Working knowledge of current and emerging training tools and learning aids.
- Must display superior verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of management.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships, both internal and external to the organization.
- Ability to plan and organize in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deadlines are met promptly.
- Self-directed and strong ability to prioritize effectively.
- Highly disciplined and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, professionalism, and the ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well.
- Depending on the qualifications, the candidate/s may be considered for either Assistant Training Manager or Training Manager position
- Willing to work in Chino Roces, Makati
