Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Purchasing Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the procurement of materials, monitoring and processing requests, and sourcing new suppliers to meet our company's needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with limited experience in purchasing who is eager to grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and process Receiving Reports (RR) for accuracy.
  • Purchase materials as per the company's requirements.
  • Monitor Prime Requests and Zero Materials to ensure timely availability.
  • Canvas and source new materials and suppliers to improve purchasing efficiency and costs.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
  • Less than 1 year of experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well with suppliers and internal teams.
