General Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Extract the NAV inventory daily
  • Extract the NAV acquisition worksheet based on the ordering schedule
  • Print the picking list to be reviewed and approved by the PPIC Supervisor
  • Scan the approved picking list and email to the Warehouse MIS Inventory Staff
  • Prepare invoices and update external documents on NAV sales orders
  • Endorse invoices to the Accounting Department
  • Coordinate with the Procurement Assistant regarding the creation of the NAV purchase orders
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse MIS Officer regarding the posting of the NAV purchase orders
  • Prepare picking list balances, fill out the rate, and submit to the PPIC Supervisor
  • Monitor and coordinate with the Warehouse MIS Inventory Staff regarding backloading
  • Perform other tasks assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year program
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in stores, warehouses, or inventory management

Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent organization skills and administratively efficient
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

  • Bachelor's (Required)
