Position Overview

As a Poker Operations Specialst, you will be deeply involved in full-cycle operations across GameZone's three core battlefields - Tongits, Pusoy, and Hold'em Poker. You will need to understand player psychology, analyze behavioral data, evaluate table ecosystems, and translate insights into precise operational strategies and effective event plans.

In this role:

Your decisions will directly influence the behavioral patterns of hundreds of thousands of daily active users;

Your activities will reshape stake structures and drive continuous GGR growth;

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily PVP Game Operations

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of GameZone's PVP products (Tongits, Pusoy, Poker)

Support initiatives that improve player activity, engagement, and overall user satisfaction

Monitor basic user behavior patterns (new users, active users, returning users)

Help implement user segmentation strategies and corresponding tasks or activities

Conduct periodic checks on competitor products to stay informed on market trends

1. Data Monitoring and Reporting

Prepare and monitor routine operational reports

Track core game data, including daily activity, rounds played, and retention

Identify basic performance issues and provide improvement recommendations

Assist with reviewing event results and documenting insights for future optimization

1. Event & Promotion Support

Participate in planning and organizing events, missions, and promotional activities

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of scheduled events

Help develop standardized event templates to enhance operational efficiency

Support seasonal, weekly, and daily activity planning to maintain consistent user engagement

1. Cross-Department Collaboration

Collaborate closely with:

Product Team - to support feature improvements and user experience enhancements

Data Team - to ensure data accuracy and alignment on performance metrics

Customer Support - to resolve user concerns and address gameplay-related issues

Marketing Team - to provide product insights for ongoing campaigns and communications

Effective communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above

Preferably, with 1-3 years of experience in online gaming operations.

Basic understanding of card games, especially Tongits, Pusoy, or Hold'em poker

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Good English communication skills

Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in Poker/Tongits/Pusoy/Rummy or similar card-game operations

Experience in coordinating online events, tournaments, or platform promotions

Familiarity with gaming user behavior or cash-based game environments

Background in gaming, fintech, or entertainment-technology companies
