Job Title: Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to improve user engagement, retention, and overall campaign effectiveness. Your efforts will play a key role in shaping user journeys and optimizing performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive user tagging system to maintain data consistency across various dimensions (demographics, behavior, channel, etc.).
  • Design and implement user personas, creating scenario-based operations that enhance user engagement and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Data, Product, Content, and Channel teams to iterate and improve campaigns based on performance data.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations from planning and execution to monitoring, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards and generate insightful reports to monitor key metrics (engagement, retention, lifetime value, ROI, etc.).
  • Analyze user feedback to develop proactive risk alerts and response measures.
  • Contribute to product iterations with a focus on UX improvements and refining the product-market fit loop.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2-5+ years in User Operations, Growth Hacking, Product Operations, or Data Analysis. Experience with segmentation and retention strategies is highly preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R) and BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Experience in building and managing user tagging systems, and understanding basic data modeling principles.
  • Expertise in campaign design and execution, with the ability to create and assess A/B tests.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English, with a flair for storytelling and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • A market-sensitive approach with a keen ability to align operations strategies with business goals.
