About the role

We are seeking a talented Wave 1 CSR Agent (Financial & sales Account) to join our growing team at AUXILIA INC' in Toledo City, Cebu. As a full-time customer service representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving our strategic business objectives. What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Handling a variety of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and digital channels
  • Accurately documenting customer information and transactions in our systems
  • Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial or sales industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A passionate, service-oriented mindset and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  • Fluency in English and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
