HR Associate

- Prepares and manages 201 personnel files for newly hired staff and updates them regularly.
- Monitors due dates for employees hired under various employment statuses (e.g., Orientee, Trainee, Reliever, Contractual, Probationary) and ensures the timely issuance of performance appraisals.
- Prepares employment certificates, recommendation letters, and certificates of good moral character.
- Prepares and processes company identification cards and parking permits.
- Prepares the monthly tardiness report.
- Computes, requests, and releases check payments advanced by the hospital to employees (e.g., maternity and sickness benefits).
- Prepares and processes bereavement assistance payment requests as necessary.
- Supports trainers and facilitates training programs, managing logistics such as food, transportation, ventilation, billeting, instructional materials, certificates, and equipment.
- Documents training processes and content, including conducting process observation analysis and gathering feedback.
- Updates the Human Resource Bulletin Board on a weekly basis.
- Coordinates company culture and value formation programs (e.g., flag ceremonies, Almusalo, sports fests, company outings, and Christmas parties).
- Ensures the timely completion of all internal and external reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology or Behavioral Science ; with at least six (6) month of experience in handling HR components preferably in a service-oriented organization.
