Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Inside Sales, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
- Proven success in driving sales performance, improving conversion rates, and developing scalable sales strategies.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders and cross-functional global teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance management systems.
Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Experience in enrollment operations, education services, or subscription-based sales environments.
- Background in managing multi-site or global sales teams.
- Certification in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, or Sandler Training.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformational initiatives in sales enablement, training, and process improvement.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with strong U.S. partnership alignment.
