Role Overview
The Vice President – Executive Search will spearhead Nezda's Executive Search practice across the Philippines
and international markets
(including Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, and emerging regions). This leader will be accountable for building a premium search business, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional client outcomes across industries and geographies.
This is a client-facing, P&L-responsible role that blends business development, strategic consulting, and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Executive Search in the Philippines and target international markets.
- Expand Nezda's Executive Search footprint across APAC, Middle East, and other strategic geographies.
- Own the
P&L
for the Executive Search vertical: set revenue targets, manage budgets, and ensure profitability. - Build partnerships with global capability centers, multinational corporations, and regional conglomerates.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams (CEOs, CHROs, Boards) on succession planning, executive hiring, and market insights.
- Drive regional business development through networking, speaking engagements, and thought leadership.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and measurable value delivery across geographies.
Delivery Excellence
- Oversee the end-to-end search lifecycle: market mapping, candidate outreach, assessment, offer negotiation.
- Establish delivery standards, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure consistent quality across teams and markets.
- Build and maintain a curated network of senior leadership talent across multiple industries.
People & Regional Leadership
- Hire, develop, and mentor Principal Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Researchers in multiple regions.
- Build scalable delivery capability to handle complex, multi-country mandates.
- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and ethical search practices.
Innovation & Market Intelligence
- Utilize technology, data analytics, and AI to enhance speed, precision, and candidate experience.
- Monitor global hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and leadership talent mobility to advise clients proactively.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred. - Experience:
12–15+ years in executive search, senior recruitment consulting, or talent advisory, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership / P&L role. - Proven success in building a profitable executive search business with multi-country exposure.
- Strong network of C-Suite and senior executives across APAC and/or Middle East.
- Familiarity with retained search methodologies, psychometrics, and assessment frameworks.
