Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Pasay. The Operations Executive will oversee and coordinate operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, analyzing processes to improve effectiveness, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role also requires teamwork and collaboration with different departments to meet company goals while addressing challenges proactively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to foster relationships and communicate effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to streamline processes and ensure smooth daily activities
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating data, solving problems, and implementing efficient solutions
  • Ability to work on-site in Pasay and manage multiple tasks within deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proven organizational, time-management, and leadership abilities
  • Previous experience in maritime or logistics industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
