Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines Richland United Solutions Inc. Full time ₱240,000 - ₱360,000 per year

Responsible for shipping freight revenue thru solicitation, retention and growth.

  1. Responsible for freight cycle booking to customer withdrawal or delivery of container

  2. Give quotation to clients & make follow-up if rate given is competitive

  3. Accomplish SAF (Shipper's Agreement Form) for customers asking for terms & submit to finance duly approved by Management

  4. Closely coordinate with CS, DAT, Operations, Landtrans, Finance to ensure customer satisfaction

  5. Assist finance on A/R issue especially on overdue accounts handled

  6. Acquire & develop new accounts at least 4 clients per month

  7. Visit clients to maintain camaraderie to develop high level relationship and solicit bookings

  8. Inform top management for market update, customer & competitors

  9. Develops methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management.

  10. To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching all job duties with both internal and external customers always in mind.

  11. To be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve personal performance.

  12. To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested in order to achieve goals and objectives without compromising cost of quality service.

  13. To maintain high team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals.

  14. To maintain strict confidentiality on all internal data or information integral to the success and continuity of the company.

  15. To live the corporate values and to keenly observe all policies and procedures of the Gothong Southern Freight

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Performs other tasks as delegated by the immediate head and the Division Head.

  2. Ensure compliance of company policies and other legal requirements.

  3. Proactive in all auxiliary duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

5 years sales experienced from any industry.

Corporates sales or B2B sales experienced.

Sales Engineer is also welcome to this position.
