The Learning Specialist will focus on the following areas:

Instruction & Facilitation

  • Teach individual students to ensure mastery of concepts and skills.
  • Facilitate and implement personalized academic work plans for each student.
  • Effectively manage and instruct students within a multilevel classroom environment.

Classroom Management & Evaluation

  • Implement effective and efficient classroom management techniques.
  • Evaluate students' academic work for the purpose of granting proper credits and promotion.

Qualifications:

  1. BS Education degree holder, language certification or teaching license is a plus
  2. Fluent and experienced in teaching subjects to grade school and/or high school students.
  3. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Must be spiritually mature, dependable, a team player, and demonstrate strong initiative and sense of responsibility. Must be able to collaborate effectively with both teachers, students, and student's parents.
  5. Must be amenable to work full-time and on-site at the COP East Campus.
