Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs focused on enterprise applications and system-driven workflows. You'll collaborate with subject-matter experts and business stakeholders to create eLearning, documentation, and enablement materials that help teams effectively use ERP, HCM, and operational systems across global operations.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in software applications support, systems enablement, or technical training within a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Strong background in software-focused training and enablement (not soft skills training)
  • Proven technical writing skills, including SOPs, system documentation, user guides, and knowledge-base content
  • Experience supporting or training users on ERP, CRM, CMS, and enterprise business systems
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems and workflows, translate technical functionality into clear, structured training content, and align materials with real user needs
  • Experience with enterprise systems and tools such as IFS, Great Plains, SQL/SSRS, Crystal Reports, modern data platforms, and digital learning tools (Articulate, Rise, ClickLearn), as well as vendor management experience supporting system upgrades, customizations, incident resolution, and training delivery, is highly advantageous.
  • Experience supporting or preparing training content for HCM platforms is highly desirable; involvement in Dayforce (HCM) implementation and training enablement will be a key focus of this role
  • Strong preference for candidates with domain knowledge in Construction and Manufacturing environments, including system-driven workflows and operational processes

Your Daily Tasks

Digital Design and Training

  • Conduct engaging and informative employee training sessions.
  • Adapt training delivery methods to suit diverse audiences and learning preferences.
  • Design and develop eLearning courses with audio and video aligned with learning objectives.
  • Create interactive multimedia components such as videos, quizzes, and simulations.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Collect feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery.

Documentation

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and best-practice documentation.
  • Create clear, user-friendly guides and manuals for self-paced learning.
