Responsibilities:
- Provide direction for the learning team to collate development needs for key business areas, factoring in business strategy and change programmes.
- Create and manage a robust roadmap for capability development.
- Foster a strong learning culture within the business.
- Build learning offerings to increase capability in line with business needs.
- Oversee planning and coordination of strategic learning programmes impacting multiple business areas.
- Develop a communications and engagement plan to drive development activity across key populations.
- Maintain and enhance learning platforms and processes to maximise learning experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers to monitor capability development trends.
- Maintain an understanding of contemporary learning systems, software, and tools for deployment.
- Manage a pool of high-quality learning professionals to deliver business learning needs ensuring a high standard of design and delivery.

Necessary Work Experience includes:
- Significant relevant experience.
Preferred Work Experience includes:
- Developing a culture of learning through optimising systems, processes, content, and communications.
- Strong understanding of the latest development theory, technology, and suppliers.
- Experience of capability development in a large organisation.
- Leading and implementing Training and Development solutions.
- Development and implementation of people, culture, and capability initiatives.
- Consulting and delivery of leadership and learning solutions.
- Experience in fast-moving complex matrix structures.
- Good business acumen and understanding of large global corporate organisations.
Qualifications:
Necessary Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications include:
- Tertiary qualification in Adult Education / Organisational Development or equivalent.
