What This Role Is About:

We are looking for a Reservation Sales Agent for a Property Management Client of ours.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering incoming sales calls and selling the features and benefits of Reunion Resort to the guests' vacation desires; booking tee times for upcoming guests; involves incoming calls, outgoing calls, and responding to e-mail requests.
  • Responsible for the overall performance and productivity of resort reservation sales. Provide highest levels of sales conversions and customer service excellence.
  • Maintain strategy on ensuring customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to sales methodologies are being followed to maintain competitive edge.
  • Aids in providing team motivation and development to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Answer customer's inquiries regarding existing and new reservations. Resolve any issues that a guest might encounter with a future or past booking.
  • Accurately represent the Resorts and all its products and services.
  • Drive resort revenue through outbound call campaigns.
  • Process daily all outlook requests, and emails for Reunion Resort in a timely manner.
  • Audit bookings within the booking engine, wholesalers and travel partners for accuracy of information and/or process cancellations enforcing corresponding cancellation policies.
  • Perform other duties/tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills.
  • Reservations experience of at least 1 year is required.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Agent must have strong interpersonal skills and show a "smile" thru their voice
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Required typing of 40+ wpm.
  • Must possess proficient computer skills, including, but not limited to, SMS, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, internet. Knowledge of Streamline, Breezeway, Sabre- SynXis Voice Agent, SPRING MILLER Property Management System.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Requirements:

  • Internet speed minimum 30mbps: Needs to be Wired (Buy a dongle if no LAN port)
  • i5 11th Gen or higher
  • Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM
  • Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
  • Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
  • Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
