Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and developing new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, assisting customers with their needs, and providing information on products and services. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Sales and understanding sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Knowledge or experience in Insurance products and services, or willingness to learn
  • Ability to lead or take part in Training sessions to enhance sales and service capabilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and remotely
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
