DUTIES:

To provide the highest level of service by processing reservations efficiently while optimizing booking opportunities.

Your day-to-day

  • Book hotels, tours, flights, and land transfers on behalf of clients.

  • Resolve complaints and travel issues from pre-departure until the end of the booking.

  • Contact and search for new suppliers.

  • Ensure all rates are up to date by coordinating with the tour operators team and sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • College graduate, preferably in HRA/HRM/Tourism.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Reservations, Revenue Management, Front Office, or Sales in a travel agency.

  • Knowledge of Travel Industry: Familiarity with travel industry practices, including booking procedures, ticketing systems, and destination information, is essential. Candidates should have a passion for travel and a keen interest in learning about various destinations and travel products.

  • Effective communication skills; clear and precise articulation.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Self-starter; works well with minimal supervision and remotely (work from home).

  • Flexible hours: 5 days a week job with work shifts.

  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
