Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team. In this key role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will play a crucial part in cultivating a positive workplace culture, supporting staff development, and driving organizational growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Coordinate regular performance evaluations and development programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of BS/AB Psychology, or BS Human Resource Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
