Job Title: ServiceNow Service Mapping Developer

Location: Philippines - 100% Remote

Hours: 8am-5pm EST, M-F (40 hours a week)

N-Tier Solutions Inc. is looking to hire a ServiceNow Service Mapping Developer. Our client is an IT service provider and is a proud partner of ServiceNow, HPE and VMWare. You'll be supporting our client and become an integral part of their ongoing collaboration with a global hospitality company, one of their long-standing and valued customers. You'll be a team member of ITOM Mapping experts and report to a Lead ITOM Expert and an Engagement Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


• Work with stakeholders to determine requirements and the extent of mapped services


• Collaborate with different teams to support precise discovery of IT assets and services


• Develop custom patterns, probes, and sensors


• Monitor discovery and mapping results, and resolve any anomalies


• Participate in upgrades, testing, and validation


• Document specifications, process flows, mapping logic


• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:


• Background in ServiceNow ITOM development or software engineering


• Experience in ServiceNow Service Mapping, Discovery, and CMDB


• Must have hands-on experience in creating service maps; and have developed custom patterns, probes, and sensors


• CSDM experience is an advantage


• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideRecord


• ServiceNow CIS - Service Mapping/Discovery certification is preferred


• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.


• Completed an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline


• Able to work 8am-5pm U.S. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
