Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Solution Architect to design, develop, and enhance solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end development activities, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize enterprise workflows and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance new or existing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform system configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise applications.
  • Execute system and integration testing, ensuring high-quality deployments.
  • Manage incident response, change management, and service requests, including enhancements.
  • Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and applications.
  • Create and maintain update sets to migrate customizations across environments.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance functionality and user experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software development, solution architecture, or related domains.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong technical foundation in software development, system architecture, and solution design.
  • Expertise in developing catalog items, workflows, custom web services, notifications, scoped applications, UI and data policies within ServiceNow.
  • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow data models, relationships, and architecture.
  • Experience implementing modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Service Request, Change, Incident, Problem, Asset Management, and Service Portal.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow administration, including ACLs, catalog management, and UI customizations.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow product suite and platform best practices.
  • Experience in CMDB, ITOM Discovery, or ITAM is a plus.
  • ServiceNow Developer Certification is mandatory.

  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
