  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise car wash staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage staff scheduling.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily business operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high productivity from staff and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer service standards, address customer complaints, and ensure a positive and friendly experience for all clients.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the car wash facility, ensuring a high level of cleanliness in all areas, including the wash tunnel, customer areas, and vacuum lot.
  • Financial Management: Achieve profit goals for the location, manage costs, and minimize losses from damage claims.
  • Inventory & Supplies: Manage inventory and vendor relations to ensure an adequate supply of necessary materials and products.
  • Safety & Compliance: Uphold and enforce company policies, and maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Identify market trends, develop strategies to improve operations, and drive process improvements to enhance overall business performance.
